Resident Evil 5

Did anyone get this game? If you did, did you buy the Versus DLC?

I bought the game a little while ago and beat it with my brother. It's a fun game, but I can't really say it is like any other Resident Evil I have played in the past. It doesn't have he same feel. If you're fan of the earlier Resident Evils you will know what I mean when you play this one. It's still a good game, but it's not Resident Evil!

I haven't gotten around to purchasing the DLC and am a little skeptical about paying $5 for 2MB worth of content. Makes me wonder if we are buying something that is already on the game, but has to be unlocked. So, if you bought it, was it worth it?

Are you talking about the xbox 360 version? Because yes I got it for 360. I got to level 3 I think, and I stopped playing it.

Yeah, that's why I posted it in the 360 subforum. :P I'm all about the 360 man! The Playstation 3 is too expensive for my taste right now.

My gamer tag is chrisECSCR, but it will be changing once I renew this month. I'll let you know what it is now.

What did you think of RE5? Well... the levels you played anyways.

Oh my bad, I didn't realize where I was

. RE5 was really fun to play, especially on co-op. I mainly stopped playing because I wanted to find someone I know to finish campaign rather than playing with a random person online. I'll add you in about a week, cause I haven't really had time to even look at my xbox anymore

Yeah, I know that feeling. I played a few chapters, until I found out my brother was coming to visit so I stopped playing and waited to finish the game.

I've unlocked unlimited ammo for a few guns, but still can't find the one for the magnum!

I haven't bought it yet. But I tried the demo and the game seems amazing! Haven't played any RE games for a long time. Last one was on PS1
