Spyware Scanners & Cleaners

My computer has been running a little slow lately... >__< And I think it is because I have spyware on it. Can you recommend me any programs to use?? I would appreciate it very much!! ^__^

Adaware always worked great for me.

i recommend avg anti spyware..if you want a free one, you can look for free edition
